## The Excel ceiling

Every successful business starts with Excel. Customer lists, quotes, inventory management, scheduling, invoicing — it all fits in a spreadsheet. And in the beginning, it works fine. Excel is flexible, everyone knows it, and it costs nothing extra.

But there comes a point when Excel no longer grows with your business. The file gets slow. Formulas break. Multiple people work in the same file and overwrite each other's changes. You lose overview. Errors creep in. And nobody dares to touch the macros built by the colleague who left five years ago.
